We offer expert installation and are licensed to install gas lines if needed.

The JNR series grill is shown here on a 48" no-rust anodized aluminum in ground post. The JNR grills have 365 square inches of primary cooking area and 130 square inches secondary cooking area. The grill is available with post mount, column mount or on cart. Side burners and a rotisserie are also available.

Additional options include your choice of Nu-Stone® side shelf or Stainless Steel Fold Down Shelf and a choice of Sear Magic Cooking Grids or Stainless Steel Cooking Grids.



The WNK series grill is shown here on a stainless steel column with a permanent mount base. The WNK grills have 434 square inches of primary cooling area and 208 square inches secondary cooking area. This grill is also available on an in ground post or portable cart. This grill may be built in with the purchase of the optional enclosure kit. Side burner and rotisserie are sold separately.

Additional options include your choice of two Nu-Stone® side shelves or two Stainless Steel Fold Down Shelves and a choice of Sear Magic Cooking Grids or Stainless Steel Cooking Grids. Simply customize it to fit your needs.



The TJK series grill has a high profile stainless steel lid with solid aluminum end-caps. The TJK grills have 434 square inches of primary cooking area and 208 square inches of secondary cooking area. This grill may be built in with the purchase of the optional enclosure kit. Side burner and rotisserie are also available for this grill.



The GJK Series is the perfect size for entertaining with 592 square inches of primary cooking area and 902 total square inches.

This model is available both as the cart pictured here and in a built in model. The side burner is standard on the cart model and a rotisserie is also available.

Direct
For grilling/searing steaks, chops, burgers, sausages, fish fillets, chicken parts or shish-ka-bobs. Your MHP Gas Grill is designed to cook with the lid closed, except for quick searing or more of a char flavor. Close lid to finish grilling and to retain natural juices, moisture.
Indirect
For roasts, ribs, ham, whole chicken, turkey, game or whole fish. Using the indirect heat method, turn on one side of burner, then place food on the cooking grid over the side of burner that's not lit.
Indirect (with water pan)
An aluminum foil pan is centered on the briquettes to moderate the temperature and to add moisture and flavor. Fill the pan with water or other ingredients, (such as wine, juices, herbs, spices, etc). The cooking juices from the food drops into the water pan. A savory water vapor is created and absorb into the food.
Pan Roasting
To cook large cuts of meat, pot roast, turkey, whole chickens, duckling, game or ham in natural juices or seasoning. Place aluminum roasting pan on top of cooking grid. For extra flavor, add your favorite vegetables, or wine, or juice, garlic, and onions to the drip pan. Use liquid to baste or as a gravy.
Smoke Cooking (addition of wood chips or chunks)
Ordinary meat, whole fish, poultry and game becomes a taste sensation when smoked. Using the water pan technique and your favorite wood soaked in water for several hours. Place chips in the convenient MHP reusable box directly on briquettes along side of water pan.
Rotisserie
Poultry, lamb, beef and pork retain their flavor when spit-roasted. Meat is rotated over the heat keeping it constantly bathed in its own juices, ensuring that all sides become done at one time. A drip pan can be used to collect the drippings for basting or gravy.


Cooking Temperatures
Use an oven-safe meat thermometer when cooking large pieces of meat, poultry and game to determine if cooked adequately. The thermometer should be inserted into the thickest part of the meat. For accurate temperature reading, the tip of the thermometer should not touch fat layers, bone or gristle, or if using the rotisserie, the spit rod. The chart below will provide you with approximate temperatures for the degree of doneness for the different kinds of meats.
